This is a long overdued post. Sorry girls, I promised to let u 'kop' your pictures from blog but I happily went on a Holiday the following day, and my blog remained pictureless for two weeks.
Anyway this was another Free-Trade Asia event, probably a continuation of the previous. But instead of wearing a beach party, this was more of a victorian-themed cocktail party at Raffles Hotel.
I went there expecting to be bundled in corsets and plummey skirt becaause when I went for fitting, they said 'Victorian style'.
It turned out that most of our outfits were loosefitting, with lots of laces, feathers and beads.
My dress was a dramatic black & red beaded ensemble that hangs loosely at the hips. Although I was miles away from what I had expected, I thought it was still quite lovely. The lace headband had a big dark jewel which I was supposed to attach to the side of my head looked slightly ridiculous because it made me looked Chemotherapied. (roll eyes). But the only real pain was the long red glove that I was supposed to wear up to my elbows.

All our dresses pales in comparison to Emiko's. She probably got the "richest husband" among us ladies. hurhurhur
When it all ended, ZY was already waiting at the end of the escalator. I love it when he comes to pick me up after work. He's so sweet. The sight of him brought back sparkles into my eyes and his warm embrace instantly eased my painful toes. He even bought me my favourite petite sandwiches from Meidi-ya because he knew I'd be starving. *BOX U baby...Love u!!*
Whether I'll be whining about the bitchiness I had to endure or I'll be telling him about some of my silly friends; all I actually mean is "There's no where I'd rather be than to be by you"

hello! i'm back from california! dunno how i managed to survive 2 weeks without internet. the hotels here all very lousy one.. haha.. ur dress here very nice! they let u keep it one anot? haha.. but then the lace headband look abit funny ah.. but then i have something against laces so nvm me.. i'm coming back soon alrdy! can see u again soon! yay!
Oh babe!!! Haha I was looking for you on MSN...yea I was internetless in Thailand for 2 weeks too. Oh well thanks haha I got to keep the shoes. Red shoes. I got u clothes from Bangkok!! OKie U come out we can go for Great Sg Sale... Hurhurhur. No need to buy things...I'm a little broke. Oh well Miss Ya lots. Call me when u come back. Or better tell me when then I can go airport to hug u!!!
wah! so nice get me clothes? haha.. i'm so touched! i'm arriving at 12.55am on 16th june.. haha.. quite horrible hour.. its ok lah.. no need to meet me at the airport.. just as long as we go out and catch up sometime soon cna already.. hahha.. miss ya too! alright.. now is quite an unearthly hour for me.. i randomly got up in the middle of the night and decided to check my msn.. hahha.. going back to sleep!
